An Unmissable Photoshop Tutorial >> Before and After

Hey friend! How are you doing today? My day has been suuuper long, been trying to get this video together and half way through editing it deleted itself accidentally so I had to start all over! Fail! haha. But here it is, this edit was specifically requested on Facebook, so I hope you guys enjoy it and learn a thing or two! Full description below!

1. Fix any distractions with the Patch Tool [[ shortcut = j ]]
2. Fix any more distractions with the Clone Stamp Tool [[ shortcut = s ]]
3. Open Actions Tab
4. Play the CONTOUR action of the October 2011 Collection.
5. Press the [[ d ]] key to make your colours black and white on the palette. Switch between them using the [[ x ]] key.
6. Select the brush tool [[ b ]]. Use a soft brush and brush over all the darker areas with a 20% opacity  black brush.
7. Select the brush tool [[ b ]]. Use a soft brush and brush over all the lighter areas with a 20% opacity white brush.
8. Create a new layer [[ Command + Shift + N ]]
9.  Select the brush tool [[ b ]]. Choose a green colour. Use a soft brush and brush over all the desired areas with a 100% opacity.
10. Change layer mode to overlay and adjust the opacity as necessary.
11. Add a layer mask if needed to fix any mistakes with a black brush.
12. Use “Scarlet Love” of THE CONFIDENCE COLLECTION. Change the opacity as needed.
13. Use “Red Velvet” of THE CONFIDENCE COLLECTION. Change the opacity as needed.
14. Create a new layer [[ Command + Shift + N ]]
15. Select Brush tool [[ b ]] Select colour by holding down alt key. Change opacity to 20% by hitting the [[ 2 ]] key.
16. Brush over the areas of her face that are too red.
17. Use “Boom Boom Pow” of THE CONFIDENCE COLLECTION. Change the opacity as needed.
