Art is so subjective it’s not even funny.

Art is so subjective it’s not even funny. But you know what? So is everything in this world. Everyone sees and perceives things differently. We are molded by everything; our experiences, our surroundings, our friends, even our DNA. We each see things differently and that’s the beauty of it. When I create my photos, I do things my way. Because it’s my art and my creation and ultimately my decision. I find great value in Photoshopping my work. Why? Because Photoshop really allows me to bring my true vision for that photo to life.

That’s why I absolutely adore before and after’s. They really show me how a few simple changes in Photoshop can add additional feeling and emotion to an image. And I love that.

Here’s a before and after from my Summer Princess photo shoot, I used this process to remove the distracting branch on the left corner of the image >>

I hope you all have a beautiful Saturday :)
