Offstage – Self Portrait 6 of 30

Day 6 of my 30 day self portrait challenge.
Day 227 of my 365 project.
Titled: Offstage.

Today we had a gorgeous photo shoot planned of a lovely lady, but the rain disagreed with us and decided another day would be best. So, we postponed the shoot after enjoying a nice afternoon together of tea and chat about make up, clothes and all things girly.

It’s 11:31pm and I am getting ready for bed after trying to create a last minute self portrait. This was the best I could come up with. My mind has been spinning with thoughts of “upping my game”. A post with more thoughts on this very very soon.

P.S. Thank you to all who took part in my recent survey! It gave me a lot of awesome feedback, which I will definitely be putting to use on the blog – so thank you!!

Here are today’s outtakes:

Awesome stuff! Reminds me of Batman and Joker, love the black and white ones.

I think you have certainly ‘upped’ your game on this one Alex – not that I think you need to anyway! I love the conversion and the emotion in this and the outtakes are totally awesome too! x

Wow! That’s daring!!! I’ve been thinking of using heavy makeup on my eyes for a pic, but you beat me! That’s more than heavy, lol. It’s awesome the results that you get when you dare, I should try to do that more often… especially not being afraid of certain members of my family mocking me…

You rock Alex! Great job!
