The wind whispered sweet nothings.

Thank you. Each and every one of you. For the amazing response to yesterday’s confession. I think what I’ve been feeling is something that we all go through, so it was truly wonderful to know that I’m not alone :). AND you all filled me with loads of inspiration!

So, for today’s 365 – and for the first of my 30 day self portrait challenge – here it is:

Well, I think it’s okay. I’m not too keen on the composition, but I do like the overall feeling of the shot.

I was going for some kind of concept where it appeared as though the wind was talking to me. Do I sound crazy yet? ;) And after being largely inspired by a good friend of mine, Theresa’s, recent photo shoot I decided I’d try something super colourful today. I put on my teal eyeshadow, and found a random necklace that my sister bought for a fancy dress party, and then found a shirt that somehow matched it all. And ouila .. there you have it.

By the way – there will be a Wonderful Wednesday on the blog a bit later on in the day. It’s going to be weird, isn’t it? Two blog posts in one day. But, I have a feeling knowing that I have to blog my self portrait each day is going to keep me more on track and focused than otherwise :) Fun!
