She stayed with us for about two weeks, and it was like having another little sister. Except that she’s not my sister at all – she’s my cousin. She’s only a teenager, with so much ahead of her. She’s filled with so much beautiful energy and life and I absolutely adore her. Now that she’s back home in Trinidad – I will miss her sooo much. I will miss making her grilled cheese sandwiches and cutting them into quarters for her. I will miss teasing her about being born in the late 90′s ;). She was so wonderful to have around, and would come with me on all of my self portrait excursions. And for the two weeks she was here, she was totally my partner in crime.
This is my gorgeous cousin, Tzarna. She is such a beautiful person – both inside and out – and I’m SO HAPPY that I was able to spend time with her and get to know her better. Tzarna, I love you and your crazy, hyper ways. You remind me of myself when I was your age :) How old do I feel when I say that? Anyways, you’re back in Trinidad now – and you KNOW what you have to do! Get on it, my little Tzartzar! I love you with all my heart! <3
