“I chose to warm the picture up a bit, purposely blow out the exposure and highlights and bring a little sharpening to her eyes so that the focus was on her face. I think she has a strong expression, it’s what it is compelling about this image as a portrait and I wanted that to be clearer!”

For me, the trick is getting the skin exposure right. Snow throws that and the colour temperature right off.

Good Stuff! I had to edit mine on the Iphone since I was out of town but I think it came out pretty good! I like a lot of the other edits. Just goes to show you that shooting is only half of the vision and final product.

Ha?! How did I miss this?! Such a cool idea and so many edits! Some are similar, some are different. I think overall peeps went for the ‘moody’ or vintage style look, a trend I guess!
