I can’t wait for the weekend …

I have a confession. I’ve been so drowned in work lately that I’ve been avoiding photography. Why? Because I’m a photography addict. If I let myself I would literally spend alllll day taking pictures, reading photography magazines, testing new concepts, looking for tutorials, reading photography blogs, photoshopping, shooting new ideas, learning as muuuch as possssible about my love photography. Yeah I’m a freak. Deal with it. I just love photography, what can I say? And if I lived my life this way – I would pretty much fail my third year here at Royal Holloway. And I’m pretty sure no one wants that. haha. But, I can’t keep going like this …. so as of 4pm on Saturday evening I’m allowing myself a break from the world of studying, essay-writing, presentation-making etc etc Trust me, I can’t wait. Look out for some awesome photos of my weekend coming soooon :)

On a separate note, I almost died when I found this on The Moleskine Memoirs:

Wow wow wow. I felt so grateful that anyone would every say such amazing things about my photography. It made my day. Check it out.

Anyways that’s all for now :) I hope you all have amazing weekends.

    Miss Alex Beadon! I am so sorry, I haven’t commented in forever and a day. First, I am jealous that you are so obsessed with photography… I have been struggling lately with the fact that I don’t really take photos unless I’m doing a shoot because I ‘just don’t have time’ and ‘my daily life is so routine’… poor excuses, I know. And I’ve hit a total brick wall in business. I’ve finally gotten my blog and website all set up, but I’ve been so swamped with school that I haven’t gotten around to promoting myself at all, putting my business cards places, or contacting vendors. I feel like such a failure! Hahaha.

    Anyway, congrats on your feature! And I LOVELOVELOVE your pictures of the city. If I ever visit the UK, can we hang out? It looks like you have lovely, amazing little adventures with friends.
